Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products, including our handcrafted decorative pipes.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• For hygiene and legal reasons, any used pipes are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at Lisa@marleystash.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more (before tax and after discounts) within the U.S.

• Orders under $30 will incur a flat shipping fee.

• Most orders are processed within 7 business days.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
